Have you ever wanted to own you own home, but didn't think you'd ever be able to? Tri-County Housing can help you work toward that goal.

Throughout the year Tri-County Housing & CDC, a HUD approved counseling agency, offers informational classes for all prospective homeowners. These classes are designed to address a variety of topics including working through the purchase process from application to closing, credit repair, budgeting, determining affordability, and other issues. The homeownership educational program is mandated by CHFA, Rural Development, Federal Home Loan Bank, and Tri-County Housing & CDC.
